It's a fixable blip on your way to where you want to go. Have a think about what happened there, what you could do differently if/when the situation arises again and move on. Be kind to yourself (as long as it doesn't involve chocolate lol 😉)

Depends on what you messed up on. Use this as a way to focus and create a positive change..... sometimes we have to take a few steps back to see a way forward......
