Good for you! We are all responsible for our own weight loss. Just keep taking care of yourself and hopefully he will join you when he's ready.

It is wicked yummy! http:??allrecipes.com? recipe? turkey-stuffed-peppers? detail.aspx (replace all the ? with / to make the link work & remove the spaces) I skip the onion and tomato because I can't have them & add in extra peppers bits for me! I use yellow peppers....soooo goood!

I am a after work person too. But it is tough with the dog. He has been alone all day, & I can not justify ignoring him for another hour. But after dinner I just want to chill & read and watch movies. Then BAM it is almost 9 or even 10 and it is time for bed. Where do the evenings fly!? I just think the morning is best, especially because the dog is so sleepy that he doesn't care if I/we get up. Why cant the man see that!!!!lol

Good for you for taking control of your health! If he can't get up and he won't do the exercise in the evening, then you have to do what works for you and let him find his own motivation. You can't make him do it, he'll figure out his motivation on his own someday. Your healthy meal sounds amazing!! I wish I could get my family to eat something like that.

My hubby does not like stuffed peppers w red sauce. Too soggy. This recipe is very non soggy. Plus, I do not blanch them for added crunch! Be careful, they are hot like lava when they come out of the oven. & the meat mixture is too die for!!!!

Great job coming back and making a fresh start. It's so easy to just want to give up when we have a set back. But your stick-to-it-iveness is what will keep a set back from turning into a downward spiral. Keep trying. Keep pushing yourself. You can do it!
