No loss, but no gain either. This weekend was a challenge as I visited my son at college for family weekend. We had a great time and it was so good to get to see him and hang out. There were lots of temptations resisted, but it was worth it to step on the scale and not see a gain. I'm so close to my goal and I'm determined to get there! Maybe this week, maybe next week, but soon! Happy Monday y'all!
