Starting Monday the way I mean to go on this week. 10lbs down is within sight, and looking completely doable.
That's soon going to translate as a dress size down,and that's going to feel awesome!

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 October 2019:
1072 kcal Fat: 33.50g | Prot: 74.74g | Carb: 127.15g.   Breakfast: Spinach , Tesco Cherry Tomatoes, Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter, Tesco Medium Free Range Eggs, Brace's Thick Sliced White. Lunch: Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled) , Green Cabbage, Broccoli , Spinach . Dinner: Onions , Mushrooms , Carrots , Green String Beans, Cauliflower , Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Anchor Butter, Brace's Thick Sliced White, Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Sainsbury's Be Good to Yourself Low Fat Creme Fraiche, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened) , Bananas . more...

That looks braw. I love baby tomatoes but can’t stand full size ones

I grew tomatoes this year, from tiny to huge, and different colours, they were amazing! The only sort I don't like are the supermarket ones that are like crunchy, flavourless golf balls, I'll pass on those every time.

Yeh, they are horrible, thick skins as well. I get mine from the local farmers market. Pretty rural here in East Linton. I like lots of them in a salad, saves me adding dressing. Your home grown ones sound delicious.
