Did good today & I'm feeling good too!!
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks dipped in natural peanut butter & 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup.
LUNCH = Cesear salad with grilled chicken, a bit of shredded cheddar, 2T of slivered almonds.
SNACK = 1 cup of coffee with skim milk & s/f vanilla syrup & 2oz of reduced fat sharp cheddar
DINNER = 1 hamburger w/o bun & refried black beans with 2T shredded cheddar & 1T FF sour cream
DESSERT = 2 S/F fudgecicles
