The last week has been chaotic. Barb had surgery. Becs went to Salt Lake City. I was in real estate hell. So I have not been keeping track.

I have a lot of work to do in the kitchen. Saute the peppers and freeze them. Make something out of the last of the tomatoes. Make half a recipe of cherry tomato caprese salad. Mash the refried beans and freeze. Maybe make some more marinara sauce with those mushrooms. Maybe also some more chiliquilla sauce.
