WEll I did well to ok today. I went to sams club and those stinkin trial things.. they got to me.. but 2 were really great and seemed good for you.. one was sliced chipotle turkey breast and the other was rice crackers with all kinds of seeds on them.. very good! So I deleted some of the snacks I was going to have tonight trying to make up for the snacks I had at sams club. I know I have been saying this for months.. but I really want to get to the 2 OH whatevers.. and clearly I have not been putting in the effort to get there.. so I am not complaining I just lack gumption in the summer time.. damn me and my love for food.. you would think that the summer would be the best time to lose since I wear less clothes.. but that is just not the case.. I love to grill and eat potato salad and brats and burgers and omg.. I have to stop.. :) One day at a time.. again not a complaint.. and I am by no means confused as to why the weight is not coming off faster.. That part I am very clear on. :)

I heart Sam's Club! I think I have the cracker you're talking about, are they shaped like hexagons? And they're gluten-free (not that I really care, I actually love me some gluten). They are awesome with Laughing Cow cheese wedges (also available at Sam's Club). It seems every day is sample day at Sam's, what's the deal with that? I have learned to make sure I eat something before walking in the door, & then I am able to resist stopping by those darn kiosks.

Those are the very crackers.. and they had that cheese on them... they also had some with baby bell cheese on them as well. But really get that chipotle turkey.. it was the sliced turkey from castle wood farms or whatever it was called.. so tasty.. but I would eat anything with chipotle on it.. Lets not test that last statement.. I would prolly gross some people out and maybe make myself ill. :)

Plus my mom makes great potato salad i make great slaw and deviled eggs, and I make amazing burgers... yeah summer sucks. But whats this laughing cow that Kat talks about???

laughing cow are cheese wedges they are great! I use the laughing cow lite on my bagel thin. I like the garlic and herb but the plain is good as well.. it is the texture of cream cheese but a bit softer. I heard one person say they put it in pasta.. I have never tried that. But when I make bagel sandwiches I use it in place of mayo and cheese.. it is also good on crackers..

In the Northwest, we fire-grill fish a lot, so it's not only tasty but healthy. When company comes, we always grill up a salmon or two.
