3/18 - I've dropped 15 pounds in a month but more likely, I lost it all since I began my diet on March 1, a little over two weeks ago. It's funny what 900 calories a day will do for my blimp self--and with no exercise --yet (I need the warm weather!). My doctor has given his blessing to the caloric intake. I may be dropping Medifast from my plan. My palate and their food don't see eye-to-eye. More as it develops...
