Decided to get back to doing daily push-ups to keep metabolism up. My current goal is 250 per day and I try to do them in sets of 50 unless by body says "nope" (Thanks to a challenge I signed up for on here last year that got me up to 50)
I think I will add crunches using an exercise ball. Maybe 200reps??? Summer time is almost here and I can’t find my abs!!!
