1677 kcal Fat: 69.56g | Prot: 108.52g | Carb: 155.41g.   Breakfast: Layenberger Protein Müsli Himbeer-Erdbeer, Kölln Haferflocken, All Seasons Avokado Würfel Tiefgefroren (2 Beutel je 125 G). Second Breakfast: Bio Primo Roggenwaffeln, Milbona Körniger Frischkäse. Lunch: Haribo Tropifrutti, Duplo Duplo, Äpfel, Zucchinipfanne( 200 g eine Portion). Afternoon Tea: Real Bio Roggenwaffeln, Kania Cremiger Brotaufstrich Tomate-Basilikum. Dinner: Güldenhof Geflügel-Wiener Würstchen, Wein's Schwarzwälder Schinken. more...
