Wedneday march sixth was my start date for my new exercise regimen. That day I boldly stepped into the gym alone, hopped onto an elliptical that I knew nothing about, and gave it my all. My first day I was able to do one mile in thirty minutes. Not the greatest but I was super stoked. Stoked that I actually did it. Today was my sixth workout and I am proud to announce that today I did 1.8 miles in thirty minutes, with added resistance. Its a big step forward in my personal fitness, and I am very proud of it. Im not competing against anyone but myself and every time i go i push as hard as I can to try to beat my personal best. Getting fasted and stronger is huge motivation, and its progress that I can actually see. Hopefully my weigh in goes just as well tomorrow. Can't wait =)
