Well...EXACTLY what I was afraid of has happened! My wieght loss has stalled completely. I am still following the diet to a T and I never ever cheat.
I wonder if it has anything to do with how much fat I am eating?! That's the thing though....this diet focuses on no sugar and very limited carbs so fat and protein (and calories) are said to not matter. I wonder if that's true though.
I lost 8 lbs the first week and now....nothing :-( I am stuck at 142. I am in the 3rd week. I figured I would at least lose another 2 pounds. I am just dying to see my weight go to the 130's. Even 139 would make me happy!
I am not giving up. I am still going to plug along but I am giving it until October 1st and if weight loss hasn't been substantial, I am done! I will try something else...like starving myself. JK!

You are already starving yourself! I looked at your food journal, you have dozens of days below 1200 calories. You're body just can't handle such low amounts, it seems to have gone into reserve mode. When I was on the Curves Challenge I also restricted carbs and sugar, but my advisor only let me go to 1400 calories for 2 weeks...then she MADE SURE I was eating 1600 calories...but the way I was eating it felt like SO MUCH FOOD all the time, I was constantly full...the one food that I really came to enjoy was a big spinach salad with grilled chicken breast, so many vitamins and good for yous in the spinach without many calories

Yeah maybe that's it! I have been sick on and off and when I get sick I just don't want to eat! You're right though....there are times when I am not getting enough calories. My problem is that I am so picky! LOL! I hate seafood and I don't like most veggies though I CAN stomach them! I love chicken but after a while I get really tired of it. I also know I need more fiber! That's hard sometimes too but I found some low carb pita bread that has NINE grams of Fiber per pocket! That's pretty good :-) Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts and advice. I really appreciate it :-)

If you can get ahold of the Curves 6 Week Challenge book cheap and used somewhere it might help you? Its got recipes, menus, and shopping lists. It really helps me out when I feel like I'm getting sick of eating the same thing all the time

Fiber One cereals have quite a bit of fiber in them and they do not taste like cardboard! If you are not getting enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and will hold on to everything you eat so make sure to get at least the calories in!
