So I am really proud, my weight is coming down. I am sure it could be better, but I am working on so many areas, trying to make small improvements each week! I’m up to 20 solid minutes of cycling with a little bit of 3lb arm action. My knees are feeling a little better and so is my back. I am curious though, seems like when it’s my girly time I get sooooo hungry. Anyone have any suggestions of some food choices that might help me feel full longer?

Almonds are awesome( so many flavors) hard boiled eggs, green tea, Activia yogurt with added fruit or cottage cheese.

Vegetables are recommended to satisfy the hunger.
The appeal of vegetables is the many nutrients, most of which are water, so you don't have to worry about weight gain.
Personally, I recommend cabbage if it is centered on satisfying hunger.
¬=|oO(The habit of eating foods with low GI levels every day is the key to reducing the total calorie intake little by little.

Thank y’all for the ideas. Ex gastric bypass here and cabbage and cottage cheese unfortunately are two foods I never could go back to eating. The gas it causes for me and the bowel problems are to painful. Although I love almonds. May try that or the boiled egg. Has anyone tried pickles? I know a lot of salt but low in calories. I am good most of the time just seems to be girly time. Also I am looking for Healthy recipes, my whole family will eat. Me and my husband could stand to lose weight, but kids are tiny! 25% for kids their age!
