So I weighed in. I'm at 115 still (which is extremely good after all of last week's crisis). I'm keeping on track and doing very well. I have skating in less than 3 hours and then I intend to do abdominals. I'm also going to do some yoga.

I figured what I did last week that set me off. I had consumed quite a bit of nutella which is like peanut butter but it's chocolate. Have too much and can bind you up. Though I drank more than enough fluids I was still in a bind for a few days. I now plan to fix my chocolate cravings by having diet hot cocoa or 3 hershey kisses instead of toast with gobs of nutella spread.
