I was asked why I have to lose 3 lbs by Saturday. My goal is to be below what I weighed last year at Halloween. While I'd love working from the 2017 range again, I'm realistic and know that a gradual loss to get there will last longer than one done quickly and foolishly.
10/19/16 - 282.5 (Thank God I'm not in that range anymore) 10/19/17 - 251.5 (soon I hope) 10/19/18 - 260.5 (So 3 lbs will put me at 260 and below. Fingers crossed)

I fast sometimes to meet a weekly goal. 3 pounds is a lot for a week, but it's possible!

You can do this, but don’t beat yourself up if you don’t. It’s how far you have come and where you will be a few months down the road, a year later and learning how to maintain 😊💚💜 I set a goal for Onederland for my birthday, staying in a deficit and doing what I can movement wise and I made the decision that it didn’t much matter as I had a huge NSV the day prior and took a good look at where I was.
