Back on track for 1 day & down 1lb & 1/2!! I usually don't weigh myself everyday but we're going out for lunch with friends today & I need the motivation to order properly.
BREAKFAST = 2 celery stalks- 1 stuffed with light cream cheese & 1 stuffed with natural peanut butter. 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer
SNACK = 2 oz of sharp cheddar cheese & 1 cup of coffee with s/f creamer
LUNCH = BAD NEWS- Salad with raw broccoli & grilled chicken breast & bleu cheese dressing. 1 slice of pizza because I lack willpower!!! 1 small sugar cookie because again I lack will power. I would have eaten a lot more cookies & pizza if it weren't for the diet so at least I have that going for me!!
DINNER = 2 medium portabello mushrooms stuffed with cheese & imitation bacon bits. Salad with raw broccoli, grilled chicken breast, shredded cheddar, & 2T of Ranch dressing.
