Wanted to swim this afternoon, but a lot of kids were in the spot I need. I love kids and I'm glad they got a chance to swim today. SO- I took Binky-pup for a slow walk.
I'm starting to feel a little weight loss, in my arms and a little in my mid-section. I weigh at the clinic Monday, Wednesday, and Friday...so I know if I'm off track or not. I only count Monday weigh in for FS because I don't want to get sidetracked by fluid fluctuations.
I guess tomorrow morning I will see if the slight weight loss sticks! At least I can feel it a little!
