I'm a big fan of "The Biggest Loser", show, and it inspires me to stay focused with my weight loss efforts. However, I'm glad they are winding down to the final weigh in, because my desire to watch it, has, along with the, dreadful, weather, given me all the excuse I needed, to keep from returning to my karate classes; which would aid me in my own weightloss efforts. I like being inspired, but I have to balance it against doing what I have to do, to take off my own excess weight. Being torn between inspiration, and activation, is crazy, and hard to express; so, if it feels like I've been doing a bit of rambling, I guess it's just something I had to say. :-)

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 March 2013:

I'm sure you can get motivated else where..I watched it the very first time the other night when they went home for two weeks..and all met their 5% challenge..so glad they did...:O)
