OK! Back on Track! I am working on lowering that sodium, increasing that H2O, and increasing activity! Dropped 1.5 lbs today! YES!!!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
