This is ugly!!! 138 lbs. I know why it happened, I am responsible for it, BUT, I also know that I need to work extremely hard to make it go down before my b-day! (Sept. 7th)
Yesterday was our anniversary, 8 years since we are together... so it was a pretty bad day food wise, lol. On Saturday friends came over from London, Ontario, that's just over 2hrs drive. So we went to a club, dancing, I had 2 drinks, nothing dangerous, but still, those are not needed calories! Then had a big sausage that day... pretty bad! Yesterday I had a milkshake, and a Blizzard (small one, but still)... and at night we made some sausage wraps... with cheese... so it was a bad weekend food wise! I did manage to go to gym on Saturday and burn 450kcal by doing cardio! That was awesome and I got soooo tired! I also danced for over than 3 hrs in the club, that was good too... but just not good enough!
So it's back to gym tomorrow. And back to eating soups for my lunch. Let's see if I will reach a goal of 133 lbs by my b-day!
