I am proud, so far, I have managed to get my 8-8oz glasses of water in a day. I have lost a total of 8lbs in 3 weeks. But still very little desire to exercise. I got up and made myself ride my exercise bike for 15 min today and I know I can do this. I will get back into my routine and get this weight back off me. It’s hard though cause I am having to do portions and Erin my family off the junk too! Need meal prep ideas to keep them on board with my low cal low sodium diet!
278.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
