Since saturday I have been in the kitchen.Yesterday I started my puff pastry but I screwed up a bit.It's been at least 2 years I haven't made any.Today I continued rolling it.Puff pastry is easy to make it just takes a lot of rolling.I have to give it 6 rolls with a rest period between each 2 rolls,but well worth it, it tastes so good. yesterday I made pie dough to make a beef pie with the leftover steak from the night before.It was totally good.Today so far I made a pecan pie for my DH and dad,they love pecan pie.
I finally wrote on my facebook that I lost 20lbs....I did it mostly because I have some friends that want to lose weight and I want to tell them where to get help because this site is fantastic.
