Now that I'm at my goal weight, I have completely started slacking and will do good for a few days and then off for a few. I need to stay consistant but I'm having a difficult time. 8 months of tracking every bite has really gotten old to me but if I don't track then I over eat. What the heck can I do at this stage of WW? Help!
