Diddlee's Journal, 06 October 2019

Near perfect sleep last night. Yay. 😀 Can think of three changes lately. Higher intake of calcium, more fat in my meals, and a relationship improvement. Hope to see my sleep data more like this in the weeks ahead.

Srossca. Saw you mentioned long night sleep often, but didn't know how to get beyond 5-6 hours. Had even better sleep last night. Over time this could create a platform needed to reach your level
