O emagrecimento é menor, naturalmente... Mas muita coisa vira hábito, nem sente falta mais....um ano sem arroz praticamente... Pode colocar q comi uma 5, 6 x só no no todo e foi qndo minha mãe fez ele a grega bkkkkk super sacanagem né kkk
