194 this morning! Still perplexed at the sudden drop, but still happily accepting. Had around 1500 calories yesterday. Today looks to be less, as I expect to eat all meals at home and plan to cook parmesan crusted tilapia for dinner. Tempting as it is to post this nice loss, I'm trying to wait until Monday for my official weigh in....good or bad, it goes up tomorrow.

I agree, madaboutmoose...there is that old saying about not looking a gift horse in the mouth. lol I'm actually down about 4.5 lbs since Monday, but I would say more like a 2.5 loss since Monday's weight was definitely affected by eating out all last weekend and the sodium that came with it. Still, 1 to 1.5 loss is more typical for me. We shall see what the scale says tomorrow morning...even if it goes up a bit, it should still be a decent loss for the week. I really think those morning workouts are a key for me...if I work out in the afternoons I don't see nearly the same results. It boosts my metabolism significantly.

I think that it's best to post the good days and *especially* post the bad days. But, you have to do it your own way or it won't work. Keep up the great work buddy! :-)

Info, I usually try to just post once per week, good or bad. Last week my weigh in day happened to be the day after I returned from my trip and I had a huge spike, so I posted again the next day as well (once it had corrected). My official day has moved around a bit this time around, but I'm trying to get back to a "Monday weigh in" habit for my official weigh in, although for my own records I weigh every day (I log it on my spreadsheet under my daily menu and calorie log).
