posting a progress pic to remind myself how far I've come. this entire journey is about bridging a sort of dissociation that's persisted throughout my life. Spring 2018 I was at 280, by Fall '18 I plateaued at 250. starting FatSecret helped keep my anxious brain accountable. incorporating exercise Left is from May '19 at 200, right is current at 175.

I like to think I see definition in my legs. I'm still working on my guns!
