I made it through my second day of Mary's mini and very pleased with the weight drop. I popped hash browns and Yukon Gold potatoes into the air fryer this morning to get me set up for the day. Not sure how I will be able to eat lunch between clients today-they are pretty close together, but I seemed to do just fine yesterday not having lunch. Of course, I felt "hungry" at times but soon realized that my hunger was more for certain highly caloric types of things, not veggies and potatoes, so I moved past those cravings pretty easily. I am certainly learning what true hunger feels like on this plan. Have a lovely Saturday everybody.
