Another day of being a carnivore down! Today my only complaint is that my right bicep hurts like I lifted something heavy, but I didn't, so I'm not sure what to make of that.
I was reading Wikipedia the other day and saw that aside from animals, wolves will on occasion eat things like watermelon. I found that pretty interesting given that the human digestive tract is comparable to that of a wolf.

REALLY??? Hmmm... I've never heard this before. So what do you mean, eating like a "carnivore"? Is that the Eat Fat and Grow Slim diet? I'm not familiar with it, either. I'm assuming you are eating nothing but meat, is that right? Is this an Atkins-like diet? Whatever it is, it looks like you are dropping lbs from it! Good job!

I'm trying to stick to all animal products. The Eat Fat & Grow Slim diet allows for small amounts of vegetation, but I'm really just trying a one month experiment of eating animals. I'm sure its not sustainable (either because of my wallet or boredom) but so far its really fun to have meat with a side dish of meat.
Its definitely a low-carb diet, although with eggs and cheese including, I'm getting little bits of carbs here and there.
