So I’ve been doing bad pretty much since Thursday. Not like extremely bad but bad enough. I’ve lost a total for 41 lbs and my goal was 30 lbs and I’m trying to be ok with the 41 lbs but I am almost like man I could be smaller. But anywho today was propbably the worst of my bad days, my cravings have been horrible and the worst I did was have half a bag of buttery kettle popcorn but I was so hungry. The rest of the day overall I have done ok. I had a protein shake after the popcorn and when I got off work I made a salad and when it was almost dinner I had 2 1/2 graham crackers and then for dinner I had a spicy black bean burger (no bun, no sauces) and I had zucchini and asparagus and that’s it but I feel like I have ate entirely too much and I don’t know why my cravings are getting out of wack. Anyone have any good appetite suppressant over the counter I could get to help me?????? I don’t want to go back up in lbs.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 39.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
