I have been bouncing these 2 lbs this whole month - sheesh. on another note if you are beginning exercise check out hasfit on youtube, I really enjoy their workouts.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
