I am back from the trip to the East Coast. Honestly, my weigh in was better than I thought it'd be. There was lots of restaurant dining, vegan though it mainly was, I know there was tons of oil, sugar, salt, preservatives, etc. Today is my first day doing the Mary's Mini diet. I am excited and planning on sticking with it for 15 days. I think that should get me below 205 (my current goal). I hope everyone is having a good day. It's cloudy and cool here. I got up early to go to Qi Gong class but the teacher had to cancel. :-( Headed out for a quick walk and then having my hash brown potatoes with mushrooms and spinach for breakfast.
