Goood morning. I'm going to try and take a short walk down to the mailbox today, it takes about 12 minutes to get there and back. I'm gonna try to get some time in on the wii fit with boxing. Speaking of boxing, the fitness option we have on here, would putting boxing in that I do on the wii fit be the same amount of calories as actual boxing? It doesn't seem like it would be, I'm just curious. I ordered a thigh toner thing from Amazon a few days ago, I really hope it gets here soon.

Hey way to go on keeping active on the friday! keep up the good work. i dont think wii fitt boxing is as good as real boxing, i would just put it as cardio maybe?

I usually just list things like that as conditioning exercises.
