Here is a goal, cut back on snacking and drinking when we are with friends. I am setting my limit, 2 drinks, and vegtables without dip only. Lets see how this goes. Sounds easy? Not so, we live in a second home community where entertaing is the major past time and drinking the sport of choice. Also,got to stop putting of starting training for the October race.
