Finished a big job yesterday so said blow it and had takeaway and stuff diet.
So had lots of salt. ( loads in baked beans for breakfast as well)
Weight will drop again after drinking lots of water and flushing out excess salt.
Really tired and drained today so am going to not worry to much.
Take dog for a nice long relaxing walk. check on hazelnut trees and if ripe pick up loads for wife.
149.7 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
