Ok, just found this online and set it up. I plan on downloading for my phone as well in hopes of keeping track of what I eat. My goal is to lose 10 pounds a month, so this is what I am going to do: 1. Keep record of all that I eat daily 2. Weigh myself daily at first 3. Start exercising - even if it's just walking 4. Start meditating in the morning
I am hoping that this will help me remember to keep on track with all this.
More to be added/revamped later.
