Good Monday morning to everyone, I worked out a lot last week...some days I had 2 workouts...that will be my theme this week. I will go to Bally's first and then on to the fight gym. I've been doing a lot of circuit training mixed with weight training. A friend of mine wrote out a treadmill workout that is awesome!! I'm not really a runner so this is helping me to become a better runner. I'm dripping by the time I'm done. Eating goes great during the week, but I allow myself a day or 2 on the weekends to have something I really want, aka, Mango Margarita and chips and salsa. Love it!!! Anyway, I'm going to be really good this week b/c I have a birthday party and of course the 4th of July. I'm going to let myself have some barbecue now!! :) Hope everyone has a great day!
Here's my meal plan today:
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal and 5 strawberries 2nd meal: 6 oz. fat free strawberrry yogurt and 1 orange 3rd meal: 1 large salad with 3 tbsp. fat free ranch dressing 4th meal: 1/2 cup beans, 1/2 cup brown rice and 1 serving veggies
Workout:
45 minutes on treadmill 2 hrs at boxing gym for circuit training
