Enjoyed plenty of weight loss in the last month which is awesome. Jogging now up to ten minutes of straight jogging one minute or so of walking then another ten minutes of straight jogging. I think I will try to keep at least one interval at ten minutes and maybe even too. I might start to have two days a week where I increase my time to thirty minutes of jogging and eventually 30 minutes of continuous jogging daily. I really love it so much and think its helping me so much mentally and physically.

Starting to crave salads of all kinds and still sticking to no bread, rice, or pasta for the majority of the time. Havent had one slice of bread in about two weeks, or rice, or pasta either and dont even miss it.

I think I can lose another ten lbs in the next month or so. I will be so damn happy to be back at 140. I thought I was fat at 140 but now it seems pretty darn good in comparison.

Good for you! I run intervals as well on my treadmill. I walk for 2 mins. then run 6.5 miles/hr. for 8 mins. I do these 10 minute sets 5 or 6 times till I reach a total of 6 miles. Running really is the best way to burn maximum calories and get your cardio in top shape. I wish you continued success...ride your momentum!
