I have made terrible food choices today. Usually I plan to do it. The fact that I didn't plan it and just did it irritates the shit outta me. Here's to a better tomorrow with hopefully not three meals of candy. 🤷🏻♀️ At least I'm at the gym getting my candy muscles. 💪🏼🍭🍦

Oh I get it... The unexpected indulgences. My 21 year old got home from work the other day and was ready for "bonding time." most of the family was gone or otherwise occupied, so we partied. I'd already closed the door on calories for the night. Right... A trip to the store for wine, crunchy things, and cream cheese to make a Chocolate funnel cake. Oh yeah... I was so over calories. My weight is back down again, but I sure could have "bonded" with a tiny piece of cake, one glass of wine, and a half cup of chex mix... But did I? Oh, no!

Lol. Thanks girls. I'm not super over in calories (though the night is young). It's just like no protein and straight up sugar. Maybe I'll drop a pound. I'm due for it. That would be a nice surprise but unlikely. Lol

Yeah- thanks Kennyn and thank God for new days because I just came home and ate a ton more. LOL. Screw it. I like to go big when it goes wrong. Maybe one day I will have better control.

Shit- i didn't know this was all written directly under my food diary so you can all just click it. I'll save you the time- small chocolate cone, 4 servings of lemon heads, a PB&J sandwich, sweet/salty trail mix with pretzels and M&M's from casey's general store- just guessed at calories- 72 grams of potato chips (28 is a serving size) in addition to the bag of baked lays from Subway earlier before this all went south. Just typing it is making me hungry. JK. 😁

I know- it scares me when I do it, John- because my pattern has always been that I end up bingeing for days and can't get back on it. Every time I over do it- there's that chance I am taking. So far- at least since starting on March- I've been able to immediately get it in check and restart. Today- only sleep is going to keep me from eating and that's a sad thought.
