So... I have finished my first successful "down day" - 345 cal - but it is pretty much agony. How can this ever work?

345??? Is that for the whole day?? If so, you are setting yourself up for failure. There are soooo many low calorie foods out there that are healthy for you. No wonder you are questioning whether it will work. Please don't starve yourself. Rethink your eating plan -- good luck!
