I decided to IF so I had breakfast at 11. It was tough, cause I felt soooooo hungry... when I did eat I had boiled eggs and a half grapefruit... and then to the gym later. 30 min cardio and 30 min weights.
Am happy to have gone back down...
159.6 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
