Finally getting some breathing room between me and 180. I am still running hard training for the half marathon that is just over a week away. Just as a side note I am also down over 4 inches on my waist. Onlu a couple of pounds more an I will be back to where I was last year. Now if I could just go back in time and not eat so much and not exercise. . .
