Meh, little spike today to 197.2. Not going to sweat it, it's probably due to the hamburger and sweet potato fries at the movie yesterday, but I still ended up the day at around 1500-1600 calories. More than likely it's the sodium from that meal that's the culprit....I will just eat right today and drink a lot of water, tomorrow should look different.

Changed my dinner plan last night, because the turkey wasn't thawed enough...went with salmon, brown rice, a small salad and cauliflower, with 1/2 cup of grapes for dessert. Today I will use the turkey, but thinking about using it to make a turkey meatloaf because I need some variety. I'm about to crunch numbers on the recipe and see how many calories per serving it will be. I've been trying for two days to fill out my menu for the week and I'm having blocks because none of it sounds good. Time to search for new recipes.

Having my oatmeal for breakfast (with some frozen blueberries thrown in), a sandwich and fruit for lunch, and hopefully the meatloaf for dinner. I am the only one in my family who likes oatmeal, and after playing around with how I made it for a while I find it to be my favorite breakfast now. Yes, I love oatmeal...there, I said it! :)

No workout today, Wednesday is a day I usually take off, sleep a little later, etc. May play on the Wii Fit later though.

Have fun on your day off! Your right, don't sweat the spike, it's not big deal. Gone by morning! :)

That's what I'm hoping! lol It's usually the way it plays out, especially when I know my calories weren't high enough to justify it, that usually means it's a sodium thing. I don't add much salt when I cook at home, so when I eat out I can really taste all the sodium in the food.

Hi onmyway! Being Wednesday, for me, it *is* exercise day. That little spike will be gone tomorrow, but I will not have done my civic duty without recommending that you post the gains (the gains are my most useful weigh-ins). But, I am aware that it's not for everyone. Insofar as the chart is concerned, it comes from Livestrong.com's MyPlate calorie/nutrition counter which I use to track my daily intake of calories (excellent). Have a great day buddy!

Thanks Shia! Info, thanks for that information...I have been to that site many times, but haven't joined. Guess I should sign up and see what all it has to offer.
