well lets see... i am completly off trac with my diet! had bread pasta and red wine for dinner. i think i should feel bad and i probably will tommarow but if its gonna take me as long to take off the weight as it did to put it on then i am gonna have a break and enjoy an evening with friends once and awhile. will set me back a week just like last time and i will pay for it tommarrow with how i feel but i did enjoy it this evening!
