Trying to maintain. Zoomed up 10 pounds and back down 8 pounds. I assume it wasn't all fat but just a little beer bloat.
I am going to make this weight loss stick this time.
I am going to weigh myself every day and not make an excuse not to. The scale is my weapon and does not lie. I will exercise for 30 minutes minimally daily. I control and am responsible for what I eat and drink. I eat mindfully with thought, slowly and carefully.
If I can do it, every one here can. Just go for it.
