Okay then, here we go with a new week and I'm expecting a good read by the end of it. I've did the weight watchers about 4 days, and I don't even feel like I'm dieting. I almost feel guilty because on the Atkins that's the only choice you have to loose for feel guilty. I'll know more by friday how this is going to be. Actually my scale wasn't moving much on the Atkins, so this has to be better for me anyway. Just had my no sugar added Cherrios and some coffee, now it's time to put things in gear and clean and exercise,and change my decorations for fall. Have a good day everyone.

Good, I am excited to hear your next weigh-in!!! I was reading up on Weight Watchers at my mother's house (she has the books) and it sounds like it could work, to hear you talk ... it already is! That's great!!!

Good Luck with Weight Watchers. I tried it and it took forever to drop just one pound. I love it as a maintenance diet though. It works very well once you've gotten off the weight that you want to get off and then use weight watchers to keep you there at that weight and/or below. Everybody's body is different, it may just work out for you. Good Luck!

That's great that you don't feel like your even dieting. WW is definitely more about teaching you to eat the right things isn't it... although great that we can still splurge with points now and then, so long as we keep count of them. You're doing great so far though, so I'm sure that will give you further incentive. Good luck!
