I need to start moving. 🏋🏼‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♀️But I have bad habits to break.
190.3 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Sometimes baby steps is the way to do it. Try to break one bad habit every week maybe. Small victories will all add up in the end. Good luck!
