So, i have been doing great with exercise and diet.. until yesterday i was hungry and bought not so healthy snacks @ the store.. i ate several things last night But today i woke up with a plan but because those snacks were sitting right in front of my eyes i ate them, crap.... So, today after one meal lousy meal i have used all the fats up for the whole day.. Isn't that ridiculous, very.. So, from this minute forward eat good today... No more mess ups..
