Made the omelette in a mug. Used chicken instead of salmon and approx 2 tbsp of veg mix. Also only used one egg and approx 1 tsp of milk. turned out very well and tasty.

cheeseburger pepper boats -Very tasty will make again.

Must increase water intake.
