I am mowing more lawns, hence, losing more weight! Almost to my first goal and as soon as I get there, Im resetting my goal to 169 lbs! Yesssss!!!!

Thanks Melissa, it is not easy to lose weight at this point but I can move around so much better now! I can dance and jump and spin around and run and play with my son and sing! I love caring for myself! I am just that much more active. I need to exercise but I dont want to hurt myself. Its a delcate balance, but I couldnt do much at all 5 months ago.
